    Hi, I’m Alexa! I believe that you have the power to change your life. It all begins with believing you are worth it. Let me help you make positive changes and create the life you want to live.

    I am an holistic therapist that uses evidence-based tools and techniques from multiple theoretical perspectives to serve my clients. I create a space for my clients to feel heard and valued for who they are. I help my clients find clarity in their lives and create healthy patterns that work towards their goals. I work to ensure that my clients walk out of my office having a greater understanding of themselves.

    My style of therapy focuses on the power of the therapeutic relationship. I am on this journey with you and for you. Life can be extremely difficult. If you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, a divorce, anxiety, depression, a job loss, or are going through a difficult life transition then I am the person for you. I do not want you to have to experience the pain you are going through alone. I will be right there with you through every step of this life changing process.

    I use cognitive behavioral techniques to address negative thought patterns and I also use mindfulness strategies in my work. Together we will figure out what is and is not working in your life. I will help you connect to your authentic self and build quality relationships. We all deserve to live a life full of happiness, connection, and purpose. Let me help you do that.

    Confidentiality

    Connection is an essential human need. We need connection to thrive emotionally, physically, spiritually, and intellectually. I want to help you feel connected to yourself and the people in your life. I believe in the power of meaningful relationships and those can only be achieved by true connection.

    Authenticity

    Being authentic means embracing all of the parts of ourselves that make us who we are. By getting honest with ourselves and who we are we can reduce shame and gain freedom.

    Vulnerability

    Being vulnerable is hard. It is scary. But it has the power to change your life. Vulnerability is a practice. It helps you truly connect to other people and creates a sense of belonging.

    Purpose

    We all have a purpose. Helping you find that purpose is my job. Without purpose our lives can feel dim and lack meaning. Living with purpose means getting more intentional with every aspect of our lives.

    Trust

    Trust is critical in any good relationship. Without trust it is hard to be authentic, honest, and vulnerable. Trust has to be in place in order for therapy to work.

    Courage

    It takes courage to show up exactly how you are meant to show up. It takes courage to show the world parts of you that are real but not perfect. Courage involves asking for what you need. Courage builds confidence.

    Growth

    Life is not meant to be stagnant. Both good and bad experiences give us the opportunity to learn something and to develop new skills. Growth means we are constantly working on bettering ourselves.
